One-on-One Coaching (One-time Payment)

I provide holistic health coaching for women navigating the challenges of breast cancer—whether they are predisposed, actively going through treatment, or living life after treatment. My approach focuses on empowering women with the tools, support, and personalized guidance they need to take control of their health and well-being.

This coaching program includes 12 once-a-week sessions (60 minutes each), along with ongoing text check-ins, accountability, and access to helpful resources to keep you supported between sessions.

Through one-on-one coaching, tailored wellness plans, and compassionate accountability, I help clients build healthier habits, manage stress, improve nutrition, and restore energy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where women can feel understood, strengthen their resilience, and thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally—no matter where they are in their breast cancer journey.

This payment option is for a 3-month commitment. $1100 one-time-payment including a $100 discount for upfront payment.
